In-Person reiki HEALing session

Relax into a full mind, body, and spiritual healing session with in-person reiki.
This is the treatment I started receiving after my husband passed away. Therapy is great, yes. But after any kind of loss, you may not have the words to begin the healing process. Let reiki do the healing work for you.
Reiki brings universal life force energy into the areas of your body that need it. Reiki releases stuck emotions from body tissues and from our energetic systems. Pent-up emotions create blocks in our energy flow and can lead to long-term health issues.
What you can expect during an in-person reiki session:
✷ prior to your session, you will fill out a short questionnaire and we will discuss this and any other questions you may have right before we start.
✷ you will lay down on the reiki table - shoes come off but clothes stay on!
✷ we will settle in with some light breathwork to relax and ground.
✷ I will begin the reiki treatment - about 30-40 min long.
✷ session recap.
