II have a tiny obsession with reiki, aromatherapy, clean beauty, and living a holistic lifestyle.

My life was turned upside down when my 11-year-old son was diagnosed with PANS in 2021 and then just one year later my husband died of a heart attack.

But please, don’t feel bad for me! I just like to get the rough stuff out of the way first. One thing I have learned along the way is that joy and grief can coexist.

My main focus is getting to the root of my son’s illness. Living a holistic lifestyle, focusing on healing foods and lowering our toxic load is a priority.

A few fun things - I am a Holy Fire Reiki Master ( I love the power of distance reiki!), I am all about super clean skincare and makeup, essential oils are my favorite emotional support tool and I love making beeswax candles.

I live in NJ with my three boys (2 human + 1 doggie) .
